Order FAQ

My package is lost/stolen/damaged!

All orders are checked for quality assurance and are packed with tender love and care. Once orders are shipped, I no longer have control.

If your package arrived damaged, or if you suspect that it might be lost or stolen, please contact the carrier.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you've made an error on your order, please contact me ASAP!

  • For made to order items, I might be able to edit it in the back end before it goes to production. Orders cannot be changed once they are sent to production.

When will I receive my order?

  • Domestic orders are expected to take 5-7 business days.
  • International orders can take anywhere from 10-30 days.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Do you offer exchanges?

No we do not offer exchanges.

Do you offer returns, replacements or refunds?

If there is a manufacturing flaw or you've received the wrong product, please contact me and provide a clear photo within 15 days.

Returns, replacements and refunds are not supported if you've ordered the wrong size, color, or had a change in mind.
